Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage project billing, measurement verification, subcontractor billing, client invoicing, and commercial documentation for PEB and roofing projects. The candidate should possess solid knowledge of construction billing, quantity estimation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare client RA bills and final bills as per contract terms.
- Verify work quantities based on approved drawings and site measurements.
- Prepare subcontractor bills and certification.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients for bill approvals.
- Track project progress and reconcile quantities with BOQ.
- Prepare variation statements, extra item claims, and deviation reports.
- Monitor material reconciliation and consumption statements.
- Assist in preparing project cash flow and commercial reports.




- Follow up on bill certification and payment collections.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and documentation requirements.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of PEB and roofing projects.
- Understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
- Experience in client billing and subcontractor billing.
- Familiarity with steel structures, roofing sheets, and allied works.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing documentation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and quantity extraction.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical)
- Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and PEB projects.
- Exposure to roofing, cladding, structural steel erection, and related construction activities.
