About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, curious Business Development & Marketing Intern to join our growing D2C brand. Y

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers within our ideal customer profile (ICP).
2. Build and maintain a clean, accurate database of prospects using CRM and lead generation tools.
3. Scrape and verify contact data (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles) to ensure high deliverability.

- Optimize product listings, category pages, and blog content for on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt text, internal linking)
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and page performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Support technical SEO audits (site speed, broken links, mobile usability) alongside the dev team




- Research competitor SEO strategies and identify content gaps

Social Media

- Plan and execute the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Write captions, source/edit visuals and short-form video, and coordinate with designers or creators
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement; respond in brand voice
- Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR) and report weekly insights
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and viral formats relevant to D2C brands

Nice to Have

- Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite
- Familiarity with email or WhatsApp marketing tools
