About the Role

Sri Sai Overseas Recruitments is looking for an experienced Senior Oil & Gas Recruiter to join our overseas recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GCC/Gulf recruitment, particularly for Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Maintenance and Shutdown projects.

A key requirement for this position is an existing network of manpower agents, sub-agents and candidate sourcing partners across India and the ability to generate candidates quickly for bulk recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas and Engineering projects across GCC countries.
- Source skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower through agents, sub-agents, personal networks, references, job portals and other channels.
- Develop, maintain and expand a solid network of recruitment agents and sourcing partners across India.
- Handle bulk recruitment campaigns and meet client-specific manpower targets within strict deadlines.
- Recruit candidates for positions such as Welders, Fabricators, Fitters, Electricians, Mechanical Technicians, Helpers, Operators, Foremen, Supervisors and other Oil & Gas trades.
- Screen CVs and candidates according to client job descriptions and project requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, trade tests, selection, documentation, medicals and mobilisation.




- Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates and agents throughout the recruitment and mobilisation process.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations and Business Development teams to ensure vacancies are closed on time.
- Monitor recruitment progress and provide daily/weekly reports on submissions, selections and mobilisation.
- Build long-term relationships with agents and sourcing partners and continuously expand the company's recruitment network.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Overseas / Gulf recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting manpower for Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.
- Existing network of manpower agents/sub-agents across India is highly preferred.
- Experience in bulk hiring, shutdown projects and EPC/Oil & Gas recruitment will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of Oil & Gas trades and technical manpower requirements.
- Strong candidate sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve recruitment targets.
- Candidates who can independently handle recruitment campaigns from sourcing through mobilisation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
