- Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Field Officer to monitor security operations, conduct field visits, ensure compliance with security protocols, and maintain discipline and safety at assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits and inspections at assigned sites.
- Monitor Labour and ensure proper deployment and attendance.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies.
- Prepare daily reports on site visits, incidents, and activities.
- Handle Cleaning -related issues and escalate incidents to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and management.
- Ensure proper uniform, grooming, and discipline among staff.
- Be available to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of relevant experience in security operations or field supervision.
- Must have a personal two-wheeler (bike) for field visits.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage security personnel and handle field-level issues.
- Valid driving licence and knowledge of local routes preferred.
