Job Description

Suraj Bhan Jewellery Hub is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills, preferably with experience in the jewellery or retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom operations and supervise the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve overall showroom performance.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Train, motivate, and monitor sales staff to improve productivity.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor stock availability, coordinate with inventory staff, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare sales reports and track team performance.




- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase revenue.
- Ensure proper product presentation, showroom standards, and professional customer service.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in sales management, retail, or showroom operations preferred.
- Jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or POS systems preferred.

Salary and Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
