Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Execution: Own event lifecycles from pre-production planning and site recces to setup, show-day operations, and dismantling.
- Client & Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating with vendors across sound, lighting, LED, AV, décor, catering, logistics, and talent.
- Team Leadership: Brief, lead, and coordinate on-ground crews, freelancers, and volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation & Tracking: Maintain essential schedules, run-of-shows, cue sheets, and call sheets while monitoring event expenses against approved budgets.
- Problem Solving: Handle last-minute changes and on-site challenges with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Creative, Marketing, and Production teams to align deliverables.

WORKING REQUIREMENTS:

The role requires: ● Willingness to travel as required for events.



● Flexibility to work extended hours based on event requirements. ● Availability to work weekends and event days when required. ● Ability to work in fast-paced and time-sensitive event environments. ● Strong on-ground presence during event execution.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in event management, production, or experiential marketing.
- Strong verbal/written communication and confident client-handling skills.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with a sharp eye for timelines and details.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Flexibility to travel, work extended hours, and manage weekend/event-day shifts in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
