About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Data Migration / ETL Developer to lead complex data integration and migration projects. This is not a standard ServiceNow administration or general ITSM role.

The primary focus of this position is architecting and executing seamless data transfers from legacy databases, spreadsheets, and third-party systems into ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM). You will be responsible for cleaning, transforming, and mapping legacy risk and compliance data to ensure absolute accuracy and integrity within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Migration & ETL Execution: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large volumes of risk, compliance, control, and audit data from legacy repositories (Excel, databases, custom apps) into ServiceNow IRM.
- Data Mapping & Cleansing: Define transform maps, map legacy fields to target schemas, validate records, and troubleshoot/resolve data migration errors.
- Integrations: Design and configure robust integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and SOAP web services to connect ServiceNow with external ecosystems.
- Database & Query Optimization: Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to query, compare, validate, and troubleshoot large datasets across platforms like SQL Server, Oracle,



PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Scripting & Automation: Utilize Python for data processing automation and JavaScript for advanced ServiceNow scripting and custom integration logic.
- Pipeline Management: Build, schedule, and manage data processing pipelines leveraging ETL tools and platforms.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Total Experience: 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on, relevant specialization.
- ServiceNow IRM: Proven, hands-on implementation experience specifically within the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module (candidates with general ITSM-only experience will not be considered).
- Data Migration & ETL: Robust expertise in handling end-to-end data migration and ETL pipelines.
- ServiceNow Integration Tools: Proficiency with IntegrationHub, Transform Maps, REST APIs, and SOAP web services.
- Database Expertise: Advanced SQL skills including query performance tuning (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
- Programming Languages: Practical scripting experience in Python (for data processing automation) and JavaScript (for ServiceNow).
- ETL Platforms: Experience working with modern data pipeline tools such as AWS Glue, dbt, Airflow, or Informatica.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
