Brick Yard Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and business-oriented **Branch Head** to lead our Pune operations, manage the sales team, strengthen market presence, and drive overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
- Monitor leads, client follow-ups, property site visits, bookings, and deal closures.
- Guide team members in client handling, negotiations, and closing property deals.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and improve the performance of sales professionals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
- Monitor team productivity, sales conversions, and individual performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and analyze Pune real estate market trends.
- Ensure proper CRM updates, sales reporting, and adherence to company processes.




- Take ownership of branch performance and achievement of business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in Real Estate Sales and Business Development.
- Previous experience in a Branch Head, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role is preferred.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales target achievement.
- Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and closing skills.
- Good understanding of the Pune real estate market.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, client relationships, and team performance.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and focused on business growth.
