1. Senior Architect

Experience: 3–4 years minimum relevant experience Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (on-site) Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role Sixth Sense Architects and Interior Design Studio is looking for a Senior Architect to lead design development, coordinate with clients and consultants, and oversee projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design development from concept to working drawings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants (structural, MEP), and site teams
- Review and approve drawings prepared by junior architects and design staff
- Ensure design intent is carried through to site execution
- Manage project timelines and design deliverables
- Guide and mentor junior architects in the team

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
- 3–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (Revit/Lumion preferred)
- Sound knowledge of building codes, local approval processes, and construction detailing
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Council of Architecture (COA) registration preferred

2. Junior Architect

About the Role We're looking for a Junior Architect to support design development, prepare drawings, and assist in project coordination under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections
- Assist in design development and 3D visualization




- Support site coordination and documentation
- Prepare presentation material for client meetings
- Assist in preparing drawings for statutory approvals

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in an architecture/design firm
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp; working knowledge of Revit and rendering tools is a plus
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Ability to work well in a team environment

3. Interior Site Supervisor

Experience: 2–3 years minimum relevant experience Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (on-site) Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role We are seeking an Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution of interior fit-out works at project sites, ensuring quality, timelines, and coordination with contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise on-site interior fit-out execution (carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, fixtures)
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams on site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor material usage, quality control, and workmanship
- Track project schedules and report progress to design/project team
- Resolve on-site execution issues in coordination with the design office

Requirements

- Diploma/ITI in Interior Design, Civil, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)




- 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience in interior fit-out projects
- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods
- Ability to read and interpret working drawings
- Strong on-ground coordination and communication skills

4. Civil Site Supervisor

Experience: 2–3 years minimum relevant experience Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (on-site) Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role We are looking for a Civil Site Supervisor to manage and monitor civil construction activities on-site, ensuring quality control, safety, and adherence to project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities (foundation, structure, masonry, plastering, finishing)
- Ensure work is executed as per structural/architectural drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and material suppliers
- Monitor quality of workmanship and materials used on site
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material consumption logs
- Ensure safety practices are followed on site

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience in civil construction
- Good understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings
- Strong coordination and reporting skills
