Experience: 6–8 years

CTC: ₹6–7 LPA

Location - Talawade

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day plant operations and achieve production targets.

* Handle production planning, manpower allocation and machine utilisation.

* Control paper wastage, rejection, downtime and manufacturing costs.

* Ensure product quality and timely customer deliveries.

* Coordinate maintenance, inventory and dispatch activities.

* Implement safety standards and 5S practices.

* Monitor productivity and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Practical exposure to standard gauges, measuring instruments, and basic quality tools.
