The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop robust relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Key Responsibilities - Promote and sell Gopal Gold Premium Leaf Tea in the assigned market. - Visit retail shops, grocery stores, tea stalls, and wholesale markets regularly. - Generate new leads and appoint retailers, dealers, and distributors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. - Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth. - Ensure product availability and proper visibility at retail outlets. - Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities. - Follow up on orders, payments,



and repeat purchases. - Submit daily sales reports and maintain customer records. Requirements - Minimum 12th pass; graduates will be preferred. - Experience in FMCG sales, tea sales, or grocery product sales will be an advantage. - Freshers with strong communication and selling skills may also apply. - Good negotiation, customer-handling, and relationship-building skills. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Target-oriented, self-motivated, and hardworking.
