Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Online Sales & Conversion Manager to manage online sales enquiries, improve lead conversions, drive revenue growth, and lead our customer-facing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage online leads from initial enquiry to successful sales conversion.
- Drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value.
- Lead, train, and monitor the customer servicing and sales team.
- Handle customer consultations, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and lead tracking.
- Identify lost sales opportunities and implement conversion improvement strategies.
- Analyse customer feedback, competitor pricing, and market trends.




- Coordinate with production and fulfilment teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly sales performance and conversion reports for management.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in D2C sales, assisted e-commerce, or online consumer sales.
- Proven experience managing online leads and achieving sales targets.
- Experience supervising a small sales or customer-facing team.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp selling, and lead management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in home décor, furniture, lifestyle, home improvement, or consumer durables preferred.
