- Section Management: Take full ownership of output, preparation, and presentation standards within an assigned kitchen station in Villa
- Mise en Place: Prepare, chop, marinate, and organize all ingredients and equipment before service starts to prevent delays.
- Cooking & Plating: Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes, ensuring exact flavor, temperature, portion control, and visual quality.
- Staff Supervision & Training: Supervise junior staff, such as Commis Chefs and kitchen porters, delegating tasks and guiding daily execution.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
