KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Market bench consultants for C2C opportunities in the US market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Coordinate with recruiters & account managers for requirement matching
- Negotiate rates and manage submissions effectively
- Follow up with vendors regarding interviews and placement status
- Maintain a strong pipeline of requirements and opportunities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of US IT Staffing / Bench Sales
- Vendor networking skills in the US market
- Robust follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a target-oriented & fast-paced environment
