JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Doctor to provide medical consultations, assess patients' health conditions, recommend appropriate treatment, and support quality healthcare delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient-focused approach.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Examine patients, assess symptoms, and evaluate their medical history.
- Conduct medical consultations and provide appropriate clinical advice.
- Diagnose common medical conditions within the scope of qualifications and clinical privileges.
- Recommend suitable treatment plans and prescribe medication when clinically appropriate.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and evaluate treatment progress.
- Review medical reports, laboratory results, and diagnostic findings.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
- Explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive healthcare measures to patients.
- Refer patients to specialists when required.
- Follow established clinical protocols, medical ethics, and patient safety standards.
- Support teleconsultation and digital healthcare services, where applicable.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals and other medical team members.
- Participate in health awareness programs and preventive healthcare initiatives.




- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and documentation requirements.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow data protection practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Medical Council or National Medical Register, as applicable.
- Robust clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Knowledge of medical documentation and electronic health records.
- Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and digital healthcare tools is an advantage.
- Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the implementation of digital healthcare services, where applicable.
- Provide clinical feedback to improve healthcare applications and patient experiences.
- Participate in medical content review and healthcare service development, where relevant.
- Maintain professional knowledge through continuous medical education.
