Wlooking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure that site work is carried out according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. The ideal candidate should have good site management skills, strong coordination abilities, and the ability to monitor work progress efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, contractors, workers, and suppliers.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of construction materials and labour.
- Track daily work progress and ensure that project timelines are followed.
- Identify site issues, work delays, and material shortages, and report them to the concerned person promptly.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, and attendance details of site workers, as required.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and construction procedures.
- Inspect completed work and report any defects or deviations for corrective action.




- Follow up on pending work and coordinate with the concerned teams to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain proper communication between the office team and site team.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in site supervision or construction.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Solid communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to monitor work progress and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to visit and supervise multiple project sites as required.
- Ability to prepare daily site progress reports and communicate updates to management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction quality control, site safety, and material management.
