Business Development Executive – Events & AV Rentals

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate business for our LED screen and sound system rental services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building business relationships, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for LED screen and sound system rentals.
- Connect with event management companies, wedding planners, event organisers, corporates, hotels, banquet halls, and exhibition organisers.
- Identify potential clients and develop new business relationships.
- Make regular calls, client visits, and follow-ups to generate enquiries.
- Share quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain a database of prospects, enquiries, and sales follow-ups.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility

- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, business development, event management, or AV rentals will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills are essential.
- Must be proactive, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Knowledge of the Pune event and hospitality market will be an advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience and suitability. Sales incentives may be offered based on business generated.
