Job Title
Senior Maintenance Engineer (Textiles Processing Industry)

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all machinery

Manage all plant utilities including steam systems, boilers, chillers, compressors, electrical distribution systems, Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).

Plan and execute capital projects such as installation of current machines, plant upgrades, expansion projects, automation initiatives, and infrastructure improvements.

Coordinate with equipment suppliers, contractors, and technical service providers for project implementation, machine commissioning, and technical support.

Evaluate existing equipment performance and identify opportunities for technical upgrades, modernization, and process automation to improve plant productivity and reliability.





Prepare the annual maintenance budget and ensure all maintenance activities are executed within the approved budget. Monitor maintenance costs and ensure efficient utilization.

Ensure all maintenance and project activities comply with safety standards, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment history logs, breakdown reports, and preventive

maintenance documentation to ensure effective tracking and continuous improvement of plant reliability.

Qualification
B.E/M.E - Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics

Experience
18+ years experience in Textiles Processing Plants

Work Location
Perundurai, Erode

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
