About the Role

We’re looking for a driven **Business Development professional with strong connections in the film industry** who can build partnerships, unlock new business opportunities, and drive revenue through movie marketing and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- **Business Development:** Identify and close new business opportunities in movie marketing, film promotions, and entertainment partnerships.

- **Industry Networking:** Build and maintain strong relationships with film producers, production houses, distribution teams, PR agencies, talent management teams, and other industry stakeholders.

- **Media Agency Partnerships:** Develop relationships with media agencies and brands to generate leads and drive collaborations.

- **Revenue Generation:** Own revenue targets, build a strong sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and consistently drive business growth.

- **On-Ground Execution:** Coordinate and oversee on-ground movie promotions, events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.





- **Client Management:** Understand client requirements, pitch relevant marketing solutions, and maintain long-term partnerships.

- **Campaign Coordination:** Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and successful delivery to clients.

- **Market Insights:** Stay updated on film releases, promotional trends, industry developments, and emerging business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience in **movie marketing, film promotions, entertainment, or media agency business development**.

- A strong and relevant network within the film industry.

- Experience in client acquisition, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Understanding of on-ground promotional activities and campaign execution.

- Ability to work towards revenue targets and business growth goals.

- Solid communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive, result-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
