Designation | Governance Models Project Manager Qualification | MBA or any relevant Degree in Corporate Governance areas Experience (in years) | 10 Job Description | Governance Models Program support Support the execution and maintenance of the Governance Models roadmap, ensuring updates, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are consistently tracked. Assist in preparing materials including operating handbook and other assets in the Governance Models portal. Coordinate with domain owners and other stakeholders to gather inputs for maintaining Governance Models roadmap.



Maintain the Governance Models roadmap and exception register Integration project management Manage the ongoing integration of legacy acquisitions Coordinate with stakeholders in the entity and SE corporate functions Prepare and manage timely status reports Manage the project progress using the Project Management tool. Maintain dashboards covering Governance Models covering aspects of planning and progress. Prepare quarterly reporting material for governance reviews. Maintain governance documentation repositories, templates, checklists, and working files. Support creation of training materials, FAQs, self-service guides, and helpdesk content. Support coordination of workshops, onboarding sessions, integration meetings, and review cycles. Skill Set Required | Experience in Governance, PMO, Project Management, risk, compliance, or transformation programs. Solid analytical and documentation skills; ability to manage structured data and trackers. Excellent coordination capability—comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across domains. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic dashboarding tools.
