sales/pre-sales/telesales executive for real estate firm

WORK LOCATION Gunjur, Bengaluru

EXPERIENCE Minimum 1 year in sales / presales

COMPENSATION Up to ₹4.5 LPA + performance-based incentives

WORKING HOURS 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

WEEKLY OFF Every Monday + one Sunday per month (along with Monday)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective homebuyers.

* Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and explain key project highlights.

* Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the Sales team.

* Maintain timely follow-ups, nurture leads, and support conversion opportunities.

* Update CRM records accurately and track enquiry and site-visit status.

* Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to meet lead and visit targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, presales, or telesales; real estate preferred. Transparent communication skills, persuasive phone etiquette, and customer focus.

* Organized, proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with CRM tools.

* Graduate in any discipline.
