- • Material Inward & Outward: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists. Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs). • Inventory Management: Track stock levels using inventory control methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out). Maintain stock registers and logs. • ERP & System Updates: Record all transactions, stock movements, and reconciliations in ERP systems (such as SAP or Tally). • Audits & Reporting: Conduct periodic stock audits, investigate inventory variances, and generate daily or weekly stock and dispatch reports. • Vendor & Team Coordination: Coordinate with procurement teams, vendors, and internal departments for timely material replenishment, billing, and scrap disposal. • Store Safety & Compliance: Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas that comply with company and industry safety standards.
