Experience:
0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing / production setting.

Education:
ITI / Diploma / B.E. – preferably Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of CNC / VMC machine maintenance.
- Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues in CNC / VMC machines.
- Basic knowledge of machine components such as bearings, belts, couplings, pumps, lubrication systems, and mechanical assemblies.
- Knowledge of maintenance tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings.




- Knowledge of machine safety procedures and 5S practices.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC / VMC machines.
- Attend machine breakdowns and identify the root cause of mechanical issues.
- Carry out repair, replacement, and adjustment of machine components.
- Monitor machine condition and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and breakdown reports.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for timely machine maintenance.
- Follow company safety procedures, 5S, and maintenance standards.
- Support continuous improvement activities related to machine performance and maintenance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
