– Must be fluent with CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot or Salesforce, plus LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfoMandatory (Skill 4) – Must have a consistent record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets, stated in the resume. Resume must state annual revenue target and attainment in absolute figures (USD/GBP/INR) for at least the last 3 years, across at least two employers.Mandatory (Skill 5) – Must be able to clearly demonstrate a structured B2B sales approach, including ICP identification, account research, prospecting strategy, outreach sequencing, discovery, lead qualification, stakeholder mapping, solution positioning, objection handling, negotiation and closing.Mandatory (Leadership) – Must have team-handling experience, having built, led and mentored a sales team while carrying an individual quotaMandatory (Communication) – Must have excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersMandatory (Stability) – Must show stable tenure of 2+ years per organisation with no significant gapsMandatory (Company) – Must come from a Demand generation/Marketing services/Lead generation company Excluded: staffing, contract staffing, RPO, recruitment, manpower, BPO/KPO companies, and any company whose primary revenue is placements even if it also markets IT services.
