Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-focused Telecaller to handle outbound calls, follow up with leads/clients, schedule meetings, and maintain regular communication with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp as required.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure timely responses and conversions.
- Update lead details, call records, follow-up status, and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team regarding scheduled meetings and leads.
- Handle basic queries and direct complex queries to the concerned team.
- Maintain a database of leads and ensure all follow-ups are completed on time.




- Prepare basic daily/weekly call and follow-up reports.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp.
- Ability to maintain records and manage multiple follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to schedule and coordinate meetings effectively.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, recruitment, or sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
