NexWave Networks is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Technical Support Engineers to join our growing team. Candidates will work on residential and commercial technology projects involving security systems, networking and smart home solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Install and configure CCTV cameras and NVRs. Install and troubleshoot Wi-Fi access points, routers, switches and network cabling. Assist with home automation and smart touch panel installations. Install video door phones, access control and IP intercom systems. Perform cable testing, system configuration and troubleshooting. Visit customer sites and coordinate with the project team. Provide installation support, maintenance and after-sales service.
