Application Development

- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain web and mobile applications used across Canco locations and by head office teams.

Integrations and Automation

- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Canco business systems, including ERP, POS, fuel management, payment, and third-party vendor platforms.
- Build secure and monitored data transfer processes, including scheduled jobs, webhooks, file-based feeds, and event-driven workflows.
- Design database schemas, write and optimise SQL, and build data access layers.
- Develop and support data pipelines feeding Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI reporting.

Deployment and Operations

- Containerise applications using Docker and deploy to cloud and Linux environments.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, branching strategy, and separation of development, test, and production environments.

Delivery and Collaboration

- Contribute to architecture and technology decisions based on scalability, security, maintainability, and cost.
- Work with the QA Analyst on testability, test data, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
- Document applications and integrations to a standard that supports ongoing maintenance and handover.

Preferred Qualifications





- Mobile development experience with Flutter, React Native, or native iOS and Android.
- Experience integrating ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage 300, or SAP.
- Experience integrating POS, payment, fleet card, or loyalty platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or embedded analytics.
- Experience with ETL or data pipeline development.
- Experience with Supabase, Vercel, or Netlify.
- Experience with Go.
- Experience with application monitoring tools such as Grafana.
- Experience with infrastructure automation such as Ansible or Terraform.
- Experience with private or self-hosted LLM deployments.
- Experience in fuel, retail, logistics, or a similar operational industry.
- Experience working with a North American team.

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹625,000.00 per year
