Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Odoo Functional Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and functional consulting.

The ideal candidate should understand business processes, gather client requirements, configure Odoo modules, and support ERP implementation projects. The candidate should be capable of analyzing business requirements, mapping them to standard Odoo functionalities, and coordinating with developers and testers whenever customization or technical support is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Analyze requirements and map them to standard Odoo ERP functionalities.
- Configure Odoo modules based on client requirements.
- Work with modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and Point of Sale (POS).
- Prepare functional requirement documents, process flows, and implementation documentation.
- Conduct functional testing and validate end-to-end business workflows.
- Coordinate with developers to explain customization requirements.
- Support data migration, master data preparation, and data import activities.
- Assist in preparing user manuals and conducting client training sessions.
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues reported by clients.
- Participate in client meetings,



requirement discussions, and implementation reviews.
- Coordinate with the development and testing teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in Odoo functional consulting or ERP implementation.
- Valuable understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
- Knowledge of Odoo modules, configurations, and standard workflows.
- Ability to gather requirements and document them clearly.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain business requirements clearly to technical teams.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Odoo versions 16, 17, 18, or 19.
- Knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, or POS.
- Experience in ERP implementation, user training, and client support.
- Familiarity with functional documentation, test cases, and user acceptance testing.
- Basic understanding of Odoo customization and technical concepts.
