Job Description

We are looking for an Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage outbound marketing campaigns for lead generation, prospect follow-up, and re-engagement.

The role involves preparing and executing cold email and WhatsApp outreach campaigns, managing follow-up sequences, organizing and segmenting contact lists, tracking responses, and maintaining accurate campaign records. The objective is to generate relevant business enquiries and support the Sales and Business Development team through structured, well-managed communication campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling bulk outreach while maintaining professional communication, accurate contact data, relevant messaging, and organized campaign tracking.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with previous experience in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, cold email outreach, lead generation, CRM follow-up, or database marketing will be preferred.

A practical understanding of campaign execution, contact-list management, follow-up processes, and response tracking is important.

- A basic understanding of lead generation, sales support, and business communication.
- The ability to follow campaign guidelines and maintain relevant, personalized, and professional messaging.
- Attention to campaign performance, response handling, data accuracy, and reporting.
- A willingness to learn new outreach tools, automation platforms, and campaign management processes.
