What We’re Looking For:

✅ Hands-on experience in CPS Affiliate Marketing

✅ Strong experience in Media Buying Affiliate Management

✅ Experience in Publisher Acquisition & Onboarding

✅ Ability to manage and grow affiliate partnerships

✅ Knowledge of Trackier / Ever flow / Has Offers or similar platforms

✅ Good understanding of EPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI & Revenue

✅ Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

* Acquire, onboard & activate publishers/media buying affiliates

* Manage and grow CPS campaigns

* Drive publisher revenue, engagement & retention

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI

* Negotiate payouts and commercial terms

* Build long-term relationships with affiliate partners

Candidates with strong hands-on CPS + Media Buying Affiliate experience are preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
