About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns and organic social media activities, driving brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Paid Ads

- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, remarketing, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, bid management, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROI, and ROAS to improve campaign performance.
- Manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and related analytics tools.

Social Media Management

- Manage organic social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate posts, carousels, reels, videos, captions, and other platform-specific content.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency and improve audience engagement.
- Monitor comments, engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and website traffic.
- Track performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.

Reporting & Optimization

- Analyse paid campaign and social media performance, test creatives and messaging, and identify opportunities to improve lead quality,



conversions, and engagement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and collaborate with creative, web, and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, PPC, paid advertising, and social media management.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing organic social media content, publishing schedules, engagement, and analytics.
- Working knowledge of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and content schedules.

Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media scheduling tools, Canva, SEO, and landing page optimization.
