The Reservations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring maximum room occupancy, strategic revenue optimization, and seamless booking experiences. This role involves managing inventory across various channels, handling high-volume leisure and group bookings, and maintaining strict rate parity. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Goa leisure hospitality market and strong expertise in up-to-date property management systems and channel managers.Key Responsibilities1. Inventory & Channel Management

- Daily System Oversight: Manage and maintain real-time room inventory, rates, and restrictions across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) (MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda) and the official hotel website.
- Channel Management: Operate the hotel’s channel manager (e.g., STAAH, SiteMinder) to prevent overbookings, rate discrepancies, or inventory mismatches.
- Rate Parity: Ensure strict compliance with rate parity across all public digital booking platforms.

2. Revenue & Booking Optimization

- Dynamic Pricing: Work closely with the Sales and Revenue teams to adjust room rates based on seasonal demand cycles in South Goa, competitor pricing, and local event fluctuations.




- Group & Event Coordination: Handle corporate, wedding, and leisure group rooming lists, securing accurate billing details and special guest requests.
- Upselling: Drive the reservations team to maximize revenue through strategic room upgrades and add-on services (spa, dining packages, airport transfers).

3. Operational Excellence & Guest Service

- Inter-Departmental Sync: Deliver clean, detailed daily arrival reports and booking summaries to the Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor email correspondences and telephone inquiries to ensure the team responds promptly, politely, and professionally within company timelines.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage complex booking modifications, cancellations, no-shows, and refund processes in alignment with resort policies

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
