Qualification: B.E./B.Tech / Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related discipline
Mandatory Skill: SAP MM / SAP WM (Warehouse Management)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with8-10 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and material management. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in SAP (MM/WM Module) and should be capable of managing large-scale warehouse operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Management

- Manage end-to-end warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure proper preservation, storage, and handling of inventory.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow.
- Develop and implement warehouse SOPs and operational best practices.

Inventory & Material Management

- Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock records.
- Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and periodic physical verification.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure inventory reconciliation and timely reporting.

SAP Management (Mandatory)

- Manage all warehouse transactions through SAP MM/WM modules.
- Ensure accurate posting of GRN, material transfers, stock adjustments,



and material issuance.
- Generate inventory and warehouse MIS reports from SAP.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams through SAP-based workflows.
- Maintain high data accuracy and system compliance.

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials to project sites or customers.
- Monitor transportation schedules and vendor performance.
- Maintain dispatch documentation and records.

Team Leadership

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, storekeepers, and logistics personnel.
- Allocate work responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct training programs on warehouse operations, SAP usage, inventory control, and safety practices.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure adherence to company policies, warehouse procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Implement EHS guidelines and protected material handling practices.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and minimize inventory losses.
- Support internal and external audits.
