Job Summary

We are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect with 8+ years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in solution architecture, enterprise integrations, Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Salesforce architecture and solution design, ensuring platform scalability and security, and delivering seamless integrations across enterprise applications. Experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce), NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Workday will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Salesforce solution architecture, technical design, scalability, security, and platform governance.
- Lead end-to-end solution design across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workday, and Certinia PSA.
- Define scalable data models, integration patterns, automation strategies, and technical standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, and integration teams.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and oversee Salesforce customizations using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Architect API-based integrations and event-driven solutions using Salesforce APIs and Platform Events.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards,



and enterprise architecture guidelines.
- Review technical designs, integrations, and implementations to ensure quality and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Identify technical risks, resolve complex architectural challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, and solution design, including architecture responsibilities.
- Proven experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise architecture.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
- Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including quoting, pricing, and order-related workflows.
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, LWC, Salesforce APIs, and Platform Events.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, middleware, data architecture, and Salesforce security.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce).
- Familiarity with NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Workday integrations.
- Experience in qualified services, consulting, or services-based business environments.
- Salesforce Architect certifications are an advantage.
- Experience leading technical teams and enterprise integration initiatives.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
