**We’re Hiring – Assistant Manager Operations (AMO) for Retail Apparel brand**
**Location: *Delhi*
**Salary:** Up to **8 LPA**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage overall store operations and daily business activities
- Drive sales and achieve store targets
- Lead, motivate & manage the store team
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory, VM & operational standards
- Handle store MIS, audits and compliance
**Candidate Profile:**
3–7 years of experience in **Apparel / Fashion Retail**
Strong store operations & team-handling experience
Valuable knowledge of sales, KPIs & inventory management
**Age limit 34**
