1. Job Objective

To handle HVAC service operations, preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, customer complaints, and after-sales support, along with coordinating and executing HVAC installation and commissioning projects.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. HVAC Service

- Attend customer complaints, breakdown calls, and service requests promptly.
- Diagnose technical faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC systems.
- Handle preventive maintenance, servicing, and performance checks of HVAC equipment.
- Attend service calls for split, cassette, ductable, VRF, and chiller systems, as applicable.
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints and minimize repeat service calls.
- Coordinate with technicians for daily service schedules, job allocation, and site visits.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance checklists, and customer service records.
- Explain technical issues to customers and ensure customer satisfaction after service completion.
- Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate with the Stores Department for timely availability.
- Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and safety procedures at customer sites.

B. HVAC Projects

- Assist in the execution of HVAC installation and commissioning projects.




- Supervise installation activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, technicians, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Raise consolidated material requests based on approved BOQs and actual site requirements.
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, material utilization, and completion schedules.
- Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final customer handover.

3. Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, breakdown maintenance, and commissioning.
- Experience in customer complaint handling and field service coordination.
- Basic to good knowledge of HVAC installation and project execution.
- Ability to guide technicians and coordinate with customers effectively.
- Knowledge of service documentation, MS Excel, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
