Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist / Marketplace Manager with hands-on experience managing international marketplaces across the US, UK, and European markets. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end marketplace management, product listing optimization, Amazon PPC campaigns, and client communication.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations of international marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Zalando, Lazada, and Noon.
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings, catalogs, and product content.
- Monitor and troubleshoot suppressed listings, SKU issues, and account health.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC and Sponsored Ads campaigns.
- Manage marketplace promotions, coupons, discounts, and pricing strategies.
- Conduct product research, competitor analysis, and sales performance analysis.
- Monitor advertising performance, sales metrics, and marketplace reports to improve ROI and profitability.
- Handle client communication, provide regular project updates,



and discuss marketplace performance and growth strategies.
- Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements, address queries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Prepare and share performance reports, campaign insights, and recommendations with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience managing international e-commerce marketplaces.
- Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising tools.
- Experience with platforms such as Walmart, Zalando, Lazada, or Noon will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, listing optimization, PPC campaign management, and analytics.
- Excellent client communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage client expectations, handle queries professionally, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate: A professional who can independently manage marketplace operations, run Amazon advertising campaigns, and communicate effectively with international clients.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
