Key Responsibilities:
- Convert company-provided leads into sales.
- Pitch products and handle customer objections.
- Follow up with interested customers and close deals.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of proven telesales experience.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset and a proven ability to convert leads.
- Experience in D2C, healthcare, wellness, Ayurveda, or e-commerce is preferred.
