- Develop a strong understanding of electric scooters, electric bikes, and EV systems.
- Perform on-road vehicle testing and evaluate vehicle performance under different operating conditions.
- Prepare and maintain test reports, test data, and technical documentation.
- Support physical vehicle integration of electrical and electronic components.
- Perform installation, testing, and troubleshooting of motors and motor controllers.
- Analyze CAN communication, CAN logs, and vehicle data for troubleshooting and performance evaluation.
- Conduct diagnostics and root-cause analysis of vehicle and system-level issues.
- Support motor/controller calibration and parameter tuning.
- Coordinate with R&D; and programming/software teams for vehicle testing, debugging,



and issue resolution.
- Identify technical problems during testing and provide effective solutions.
- Support the development and validation of EV prototypes and vehicle systems.
- Maintain proper records of testing activities, issues identified, corrective actions, and test results.
- Ensure testing activities are performed according to defined quality and safety standards.
