Job Description:
The Manager - Training will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for employees across various levels within the organization. This role involves identifying training needs, designing course content, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The manager will collaborate with department heads to ensure that training aligns with organizational goals and addresses skill gaps. Additionally, the manager will mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and discussions with employees and management.
- Design and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations,



and online content.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and enhance employee skills.
- Create and maintain a training calendar and track participation and outcomes.
- Provide coaching and support to trainers and staff involved in delivering training programs.
- Prepare reports on training progress and outcomes for senior management.

- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in various training delivery methods and technologies, including e-learning platforms.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training management software.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
