Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update the master SKU catalog, including product details, pricing, inventory, channel allocation, and status.
- Plan product listings, launches, and assortment across online marketplaces, quick-commerce, D2C, and offline retail channels.
- Allocate inventory based on sales velocity, margins, demand, and stock availability.
- Monitor sell-through, identify replenishment needs, and manage slow-moving and dead stock through promotions and markdowns.
- Plan store-wise assortments, including styles, colours, and size ratios.
- Track location-wise sales, replenish fast-moving products, and coordinate stock transfers or recalls for non-moving inventory.
- Ensure timely launches of recent designs across retail locations.
- Plan promotional calendars and coordinate stock liquidation across marketplaces and D2C channels.
- Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports, replenishment recommendations, and dead-stock ageing reports.
- Prepare monthly retailer payment workings and coordinate with the accounts team for collection follow-ups.
- Monitor key metrics,



including sell-through, Average Selling Price (ASP), margins, and inventory turnover.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in retail merchandising, e-commerce merchandising, or category management.
- Experience handling both online and offline sales channels is preferred.
- Apparel or fashion industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of assortment planning, inventory allocation, replenishment, pricing, and promotional planning.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and inventory performance.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Knowledge of marketplaces, quick-commerce, D2C, and retail operations.
- Ability to identify slow-moving products, optimise stock levels, and improve sell-through.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
