Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with ticket bookings, show timings, and seat availability.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Guide customers regarding food and beverage counters, cinema facilities, and ongoing offers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate with cinema operations and F&B; teams to resolve guest concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and service quality in the assigned area.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
