Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented MIS Executive with experience in SAP software to manage production data, prepare MIS reports, and support management with accurate analysis. The role involves close coordination with production and support teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, validate, and maintain production‑related data using SAP and MIS tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using SAP and MS Excel.
- Monitor production KPIs, efficiency, output, wastage, and downtime.
- Analyze data trends and deviations and present insights to management.
- Support production teams with SAP data entry and reporting requirements.
- Maintain MIS documentation, SOPs, and reporting formats.
- Ensure MIS activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in MIS or data reporting, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.
- Hands‑on working knowledge of SAP software or Advance Excel .
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
