About Bigfoot Hospitality
Bigfoot Hospitality LLP is a hotel revenue management and digital marketing agency in Navi Mumbai. We work with 100+ resorts, villas and hotels across Maharashtra. We're hiring a Reservations Manager to run our reservations desk.

Location: Bhumiraj Coastarica, Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai
Work mode: In office only, no remote. Only candidates already living in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Thane should apply.
Job type: Full-time, [6-day week / timings]

Key Responsibilities

- Handle booking enquiries for our partner hotels over phone, WhatsApp and email, and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Quote correct rates, meal plans (CP/AP/MAP), occupancy and inclusions for each property
- Create and update reservations in the PMS and keep availability accurate
- Manage modifications, cancellations and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with hotel teams and our Revenue Manager so rates and inventory stay aligned




- Guide and review the reservation executives' work
- Prepare daily booking and conversion reports

Requirements

- 2+ years in hotel, resort or travel reservations (hospitality sales experience also considered)
- Excellent spoken and written English; fluent Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Confident, polite communication on calls and WhatsApp
- Good understanding of rate plans, GST and occupancy logic
- Working knowledge of a PMS or channel manager, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
