Job Description: Fixture Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fixture Maintenance Engineer to handle the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fixtures used in manufacturing and production processes. The candidate should ensure proper fixture functioning, accuracy, and minimum production downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of fixtures and jigs.
- Inspect and troubleshoot fixture alignment, clamping, and locating issues.
- Ensure fixtures are maintained for accurate and repeatable production.
- Identify fixture wear and tear and coordinate necessary repairs or modifications.
- Support production teams in resolving fixture-related problems.




- Maintain fixture maintenance records and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in fixture maintenance.
- Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, clamping systems, and locating principles.
- Experience in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic engineering drawings.
- Experience in a manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.
