Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities. The candidate will be responsible for financial transactions, reconciliations, collections, payments, MIS reporting, statutory compliance, and supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly financial MIS and reports, with monthly MIS delivered within 5 working days of month-end.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning, including cash requirement projections for upcoming payments.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Review contractor and vendor invoices, RA bills and payment requests against work orders, measurements and supporting documents.
- Track retention money, advances, recoveries and TDS on vendor payments.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor and customer reconciliations, closed by the 10th of each month.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and assist in cost tracking, cost-to-complete and project-wise P&L; analysis.
- Track customer receivables, milestone-linked demands, collections and ageing, and follow up with the Sales team on overdue amounts.
- Monitor budgets versus actual expenses and highlight significant variances with reasons.
- Support management with financial analysis and variance analysis.
- Support GST and TDS compliance, including input tax credit reconciliation, in coordination with the tax consultant.
- Support RERA compliance, including escrow account tracking and fund utilisation reporting.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Projects, Procurement,



Sales and other departments on financial matters.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and financial institutions, including loan drawdowns, interest servicing and covenant tracking.
- Support statutory, internal and tax audits by providing schedules and responses on time.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial controls.
- Maintain accurate financial records and complete assigned finance activities on time.
- Support senior management in financial planning and decision-making.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field. CA Inter, ICWA Inter or MBA Finance is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Real Estate / Construction will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reporting formats) and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Valuable understanding of reconciliations, MIS, budgeting, cash flow and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Property Development or related industries will be preferred, especially those with hands-on exposure to:

- Contractor RA bills, retention and work-order tracking
- Project-wise costing and cost-to-complete
- RERA compliance and escrow accounts
- Revenue recognition
- Bank and lender coordination on construction finance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
