Odoo Functional Consultant / ERP Project Manager

Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant / ERP Project Manager with solid expertise in business process understanding, functional consulting, ERP implementation, and end-to-end project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and business process mapping.
- Work across Odoo modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and CRM.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and client expectations.
- Oversee UAT, user training, go-live,



and post-implementation support.
- Prepare BRDs, functional documentation, SOPs, and project status reports.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP functional implementation.
- Experience managing ERP/Odoo implementation projects.
- Excellent client handling, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project planning, process improvement, and change management.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, retail, or service industries preferred.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
