We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven sales executives to join our Business Development & Sales team at VNG Medical, a company at the forefront of medical device innovation.
Job and Responsibilities
●Meet and interact with doctors, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers
to present our medical devices.
●Learn and master the technical aspects of our machines, so you can effectively
explain features, benefits and answer in-depth questions.
●Identify and generate new sales leads, build your own pipeline, and actively pursue new
business opportunities.
●Provide product demonstrations and training sessions at hospitals or clinics.
●Travel to different locations (local and outstation) to meet potential and existing clients.
●Gather market feedback and report insights to help us refine our products and strategies.
●Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools or reporting
sheets.
●Support senior sales and business development managers on larger accounts and
projects.
Criteria of Selection:
●Completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical, Electronics, or related fields.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be the face of our company to medical professionals.
●Tech-friendly and eager to learn — able to grasp technical details of our machines quickly.
●Strong presentation and persuasion skills, with a knack for building trust.
●Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with a desire to grow in sales.
●Flexible to travel as needed, sometimes on short notice.
●A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
