Key Responsibilities

Handle and follow up on leads received through IndiaMART and Justdial.

Convert prospective leads into confirmed orders through effective calling and sales techniques.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize lead conversion.

Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements, orders, and payments.

Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-up schedules, and sales reports in Excel or Google Sheets.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
