Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to manage food preparation and daily kitchen operations at our hospital canteen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare hygienic, nutritious, and tasty meals for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.
- Follow prescribed dietary requirements for patients when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and efficient use of ingredients.
- Monitor kitchen supplies and coordinate grocery requirements.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and timely meal service.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a cook in a hospital, canteen, hotel, or similar establishment preferred.
- Good knowledge of Kerala-style cooking and basic dietary food preparation.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
